Dr. OM K. Sitoula studied MA(Eco), B.L, MBA (XLRI) in Jamshedpur, India and did his Ph.D. from Delhi University. Has more than 40 yrs of proven experiences in Management, Law, Labour Management Relations with the Government, Public Sector and Private Sector. Has traveled 30+ countries of the World. Does not have any formal training in Art, he started Painting in 1984. He did his first exhibition in 1989 in Canada. He paints abstract paintings.
