Untitled 1
By Pradhumna Shrestha, Nepal
This artwork is my version of Italian renaissance master artist Sandro botticelli’s The birth of venus. I took the venus form and try to execute it in Nepalese style. The concept is to show the confusion in life with the hair , that is waving two opposite direction in life at some point we all get confused whether to hear the voice of our heart., dreams ( inner soul ) or just go with the time and forget our dreams. There are religious motifs at body which shows deep down inside we are very much attached to our roots … our religion our faith.
