Bhairaj did his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Fine Arts College T.U. He has done six solo exhibitions; Inhabitants in 2002, Secret Moments in 2004, Transition, a Passage of Time in 2006 Isolated Figure 2008, In search of Peace in 2012. He has participated in multiple group art exhibitions nationally and Internationally including “Reflection of Reality”, India Habitat Centre, India 2005, 7 Young Artist From Kathmandu, Chautara Gallery Holland 2006, Reflection of Reality, SomArts Culture Center, USA in 2007, Breaking Boundaries, Group Exhibition Bhutan 2008, Separating Myth from Reality International Art Exhibition in Nepal, 2009. Nepal Now in Colone, Berlin in Germany, France and Netherlands in 2012. Chanting Icons, Visual Art Gallery, Delhi, India in 2013. Participated in various national and international art workshops and has been felicitated with several prestigious awards including Winner of 10th Eastern Region Art Exhibition 2009 in Professional Category, Kolkata, India, 1st Prize in National Art and Craft Exhibition organized by NAFA 2004, Arniko Youth Award, Gold Medal, National Youth Service Trust Kathmandu 2008. He is honored by Jyapoo Society of Lalitpur in 2009. He is associated with multiple art organizations including Director, Tara Art House Pvt. Ltd., Co-founder of Kasthamandap Artist Group and E-Arts Nepal and Prashanta Memorial Society (Co-patron). He has traveled for Art show in India, USA, Bhutan, Srilanka, France, German, Netherlands, Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Thailand and Vietnam.
