‘बायो’ अर्थात् संक्षिप्त कलाकार परिचयको आवश्यकतालाई मध्येनजर गरी हामीले बायो लेखन कार्यको थालनी गरेका छौं । कला प्रदर्शनी, कार्यशाला, आवासीय कला कार्यक्रम लगायतका कलाका विविध कार्यमा कलाकारको संक्षिप्त जीवनीको आवश्यकता रहन्छ । छोटो, मिठो तथा प्रभावकारी परिचयले कलाकारको कृतित्व तथा व्यक्तित्वलाई चिनाउन निकै सघाउँ पुर्याउँछ । कला यात्रा, कलाकृतिको संक्षिप्त विश्लेषण तथा दृष्टिकोण आदि समेटिने ‘बायो’ ले कलाका पारखी, कलाक्रेता, समीक्षक, पत्रकार तथा आममानिसमा कलाकारको व्यक्तित्वलाई नियाल्न सहयोग पुग्दछ । यसर्थ, हामीले यसको आवश्यकतालाई मध्येनजर गरी बायो अर्थात् संक्षिप्त जीवनी लेख्ने कार्यलाई अघि बढाएका हौं । यस कार्यले पक्कै पनि कलाकारको कृतित्व र व्यक्तित्वलाई उठाउन महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग पुर्याउँछ भन्ने आशा राखेका छौं ।

We have started the work of bio writing keeping in view the need for ‘bio’ i.e. brief artist introduction. A brief biography of the artist is required in various works of art including art exhibitions, workshops, residential art programs. A short, sweet and effective introduction helps to identify the artist’s work and personality. The bio, which includes art journey, brief analysis of artwork and perspectives, helps to explore the personality of the artist among art connoisseurs, artists, critics, journalists and the general public. Therefore, we have taken up the task of writing a biography keeping in view the need for it. We hope that this work will definitely help in raising the artist’s work and personality.
